The hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were mind-blowing, with indoor and infinity pools, a game room, and a children's play area. The kids club kept our little ones entertained all day, and the children's buffet had a great variety of food options. The beach access was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we even indulged in some spa treatments including massages and facials. The hotel had a wide range of activities to choose from, including table tennis, mini golf, water slides, and even horseback riding. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed our welcome drink at the poolside snack bar. The coffee shop was perfect for a morning pick-me-up, and we loved having picnic tables available for a relaxing lunch. The luggage storage and locker room were convenient, and the express check-in and check-out made our stay hassle-free. We also appreciated the free wi-fi and the 24-hour reception and security. our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, and we can't wait to come back!

A nice size huge rooms with jacuzzis as well as mini bar stocked up daily. Particularly GOOD breakfast, good location especially in the a la carte restaurants. Also - near to taxi and local and the grounds.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with efficient personnel in all areas. Fabulous, neat room with mini bar stocked up daily. The most important - quiet location by private transport which took the best part of a hour.

The facilities were off the charts, dude! We had so many options to choose from, like ice skating, horse riding, and even a climbing wall. And let me tell you about the animation team, they were on fire! They kept us entertained all day with awesome games and activities. Plus, the adult-only and quiet pools were perfect for us party animals.

The only thing we wished for was a super cool nightclub exclusively for us young party-goers. Like, imagine dancing the night away to the sickest beats in a totally rad club.

We had a fantastic stay for family vacation.

The location was quiet and great, for example, Lyra Park Shopping was within walking distance of the hotel. All of the staff was polite and nice and attentive to guests. The restaurant was amazing for dinner, we ordered tasty dishes

The hotel had amazing facilities and very friendly staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Cleanliness was top-notch.

b In general: /b My wife and I stayed fro one week from the 9th May 2019. Friends (10 of) were there for 10 nights. Whilst there I had a bad leg injury requiring two trips to the hospital. At the hotel the staff were superb, especially the two young medics and Martynka the English speaking lady. Apart from that the three barmen at the lobby bar in the evening were very good. At the elephant pool bar most days Hasan the barman was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The only downside was the entertainment not catering for all nationalities. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b The beach is not too good and a few more restaurants and bars near the hotel would be good. br/ b Service: /b With the exception of a few barman mainly at the bar near the arena the service was good br/ b Dining: /b On the weekend of the 11th/12th the hotel was taken over by Oriflame for a convention and the restaurant was extremely busy. How more accidents did not occur I do not know. But apart from tose times the food was very good for a buffet restaurant. br/ b Sports and leisure: /b Good br/ b Room: /b We had a duplex with a spiral staircase, two showers and toilets, a nice sitting room and a large whirlpool bath. br/ b Useful tips: /b If you want to spend your holiday with other British people it is probably not for you. If you can tolerate the extremely bad manners of the Russian contingent (85%) then you will enjoy it. br/

Make the pool in the water park heated at the end of the season

Lots of green plants and a beautiful environment. Non-stop access to potable water bottles. Shower available on the beach. Fresh melon fruits all day. Towels always available.

We had an amazing vacation at a beautiful resort with delicious food and a friendly staff. The beach was clean and the territory was spacious. The resort had good infrastructure and there were shops nearby. The pool options were plentiful and the minibar was well-stocked. The evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable. We would definitely come back to Starlight Resort again. 😊

For us, the resort was ideal.

The hotel had a nice pool and the staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. The room had a comfy bed and a private balcony to relax on. The location was convenient for exploring the city and getting to the airport.

The food was not good and often cold. We had trouble communicating with some of the staff due to language barriers.

We spent an unforgettable luxurious holiday here. Our exclusive needs were fulfilled during the stay, from the impeccable service to the extensive menu offered by the restaurants. The Spa & Wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi were delightful. The stunning sun terrace overlooked by the infinity pool was a tranquil escape. The live entertainment every night and karaoke event was enjoyable and interactive.

The only minor issue was the poolside snack bar. It was often busy at peak times, leaving a long wait for snacks.

The location was remote, far removed from any other places such as shops or restaurants. The view was amazing, especially during sunset. Room service was prompt and efficient.

The staff's poor communication in English could be frustrating at times.

Gorgeous facilities with plenty of pools to choose from, and delicious food options ranging from salads to heartier entrees. The spa was a definite highlight offering a wide variety of services, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The staff could benefit from additional training, as there were some language barriers and issues with service. the rooms were a bit smaller than expected and lacked basic amenities such as proper lighting and enough towels.
